Not satisfied? Here's how it works:
😟 Received a damaged or defective product?
Report it within 5 days of receipt at hello@dikkelvenne-diaries.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
📦 Received the wrong item?
Contact us within 5 days. We will send the correct item free of charge. Return shipping is at your own expense.
💭 Changed your mind?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period (legal right of withdrawal). Return costs are at your expense. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
