2. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Dikkelvenne Diaries and to every distance contract concluded between the seller and the consumer.

3. Prices

All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are stated separately at checkout. Free shipping on orders over €100.

4. Payment

Payments are processed via Mollie. We accept Bancontact, iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard and other available payment methods. Payment is made at the time of the order.

5. Delivery

We deliver to Belgium and the Netherlands. The delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. Shipping costs are €11.50 for Belgium and the Netherlands. Orders over €100 are shipped free of charge.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Belgian law, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. Return costs are borne by the buyer. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

7. Warranty

A statutory warranty of 2 years applies to all products in accordance with Belgian consumer law.

8. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted via hello@dikkelvenne-diaries.com. We aim to handle complaints within 5 business days.

9. Applicable Law

Belgian law applies to all agreements. In the event of a dispute, the court of the district of Oost-Vlaanderen has jurisdiction.
